1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any services provided by 64jl (hereinafter "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 64jl.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications to these Terms & Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 64jl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Use of 64jl services from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is strictly forbidden. You represent and warrant that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where participation in the gaming activities offered by 64jl is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• Valid email address and mobile phone number
• Residential address in the Philippines
• Username and secure password meeting our security requirements

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including unauthorized use resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2.4 One Account per User

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account with 64jl. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all accounts associated with you, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action. 64jl employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, including but not limited to matching personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, and device fingerprints.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR licensing requirements, 64jl is obligated to verify the identity of all users. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by 64jl to verify your identity, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement showing account holder name or e-wallet screenshot)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 64jl may result in restriction of account functions, including the inability to make withdrawals. 64jl reserves the right to request updated documentation periodically or when suspicious activity is detected.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1 License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms & Conditions, 64jl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of the Platform or its contents; (b) collect or use product listings, descriptions, or prices; (c) make derivative use of the Platform or its contents; or (d) use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

1. Fraud and Abuse: Engaging in fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, chip dumping, or any form of cheating.
2. Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one account, or allowing another person to access the Platform using your account.
3. Underage Gambling: Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or allowing minors to access your account.
4. Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Platform through hacking, password mining, or any other means.
5. Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of any software used to provide the Platform.
6. Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to interact with the Platform or place bets.
7. Money Laundering: Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
8. Third-Party Services: Using third-party services, VPNs, or proxy servers to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
9. Offensive Conduct: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or 64jl staff through any communication channel provided by the Platform.
10. Exploiting Errors: Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for personal gain without immediately reporting them to 64jl.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

3.3 Responsible Gaming Obligations

While 64jl provides entertainment services, we recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals. You agree to use the Platform responsibly and within your financial means. 64jl provides various responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. You are encouraged to utilize these tools if you feel your gaming is becoming problematic.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you should immediately contact PAGCOR's responsible gaming helpline or seek professional assistance. 64jl is not liable for any financial, emotional, or other harm resulting from your use of the Platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your 64jl account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and other PAGCOR-approved payment processors. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• 64jl reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
• All deposits are final. Once funds are credited to your account, they cannot be refunded unless required by law or in 64jl's sole discretion.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your 64jl account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Platform.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 24 hours but may take up to 72 hours for additional security review.

64jl is committed to preventing money laundering and complying with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. As part of our AML procedures:

• You must wager deposited funds at least once (1x rollover) before requesting a withdrawal.
• Suspicious deposit and withdrawal patterns may trigger enhanced scrutiny and investigation.
• 64jl reserves the right to report suspicious activity to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and law enforcement authorities.
• Accounts linked to money laundering or other financial crimes will be immediately suspended and reported to authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

64jl may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms. Key points regarding bonuses include:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Participation in these programs is by invitation only and subject to separate terms and conditions. 64jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate VIP and loyalty programs at any time without prior notice. Benefits earned through these programs may be forfeited if your account is suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Game Rules and Betting

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games offered on the 64jl Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or are conducted by live dealers in real-time. Game outcomes are determined by these RNGs or live game events and cannot be influenced by 64jl or any user. Once a bet is placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended. All bets are final.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a malfunction, disconnect, or error affecting game outcomes or bet settlement, 64jl reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. If you experience a disconnect during a game round, the game will typically continue, and any winnings will be credited to your account upon reconnection. 6.3 Disputes

Failure to notify us within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of all transactions and balances. 64jl's decision on all disputes is final and binding. 7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, text, software, and other materials on the Platform (collectively, "Content") are the property of 64jl or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content without the express written consent of 64jl.

The 64jl name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

64jl is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference, explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 64jl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 64jl's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 64jl's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your 64jl account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting 64jl customer support. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining balance from your account, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements. 64jl reserves the right to retain documentation related to your account for the period required by law.

10.2 Termination by 64jl

64jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or other prohibited activities
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested
• Extended period of account inactivity
• Request by regulatory authorities or law enforcement
• Business, legal, or regulatory reasons

Upon termination for cause, 64jl reserves the right to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings in your account. Upon termination without cause, 64jl will return any remaining balance after deducting any outstanding amounts owed to 64jl.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

64jl reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms & Conditions on the Platform with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and 64jl. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 64jl.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms & Conditions, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
